Prices rose by 9.6pc in the year to March, the Central Statistics Office said.Iit has revised downwards figures it previously gave for January and February after getting additional stamp duty returns for those months. Dublin prices were up 8.2pc in the year to March. There was a stronger rise in prices outside the capital, at close to 12pc.
